Charge 4 screen is not showing full characters

The screen seems to be developing a fault where it only partially shows characters towards the right hand edge. The screen is clean. The unit is just under 4 years old

Hi, @FreddyRevie , four years is actually quite old in electronic terms!  I would recommend giving your Fitbit a restart to see if that helps, but I am guessing that your old friend may be nearing the end of its life.  Gradual screen fade is not an unusual indication of that.  No reason to quit using it as long as you can still read the data and it is working for you, but you may want to consider a replacement in the near future.
