Charge 4 screen not working but vibrates

The screen of my fitbit Charge 4 is flat black, won't work. It vibrates when the button is pressed and the battery does charge. I tried doing the reset by pressing the button for several seconds, it does a long vibration but won't show the smiley face whatsoever. 

I also tried changing the clock face from the app and didn't work either.

 

I don't know what else can I do

My screen is black - I’ve tried rebooting and do get the smiley face and that’s it / wondering if it’s related to an update ?

My clock face suddenly won’t turn on with motion.  It is set for my non dominant hand like always. I can turn it on with a squeeze but not with motion.

I'm also running into this issue, however I do get the smiley face but then goes black.

Yeah i had some problem with my screen during the summer, thought it was because the sun outside and i didnt thought so much about it.. 2 months later it began to be really dimmy,and then my battery drained. Charged it to full tonight, but now the screen is dead. So that tells me its not software that is wrong because it still tracks pulse,sleep and steps. Like it should, its just that it doesnt show on the screen because its dead. So its hardware related. I got mine at my birthday in 2020, so it worked for 2 years and 3 months, if it had been faulty 4 months earlier my warranty would have covered it. Quite sad though..

 

Yeah and i have tried all steps too in the troubleshooting.
