Charge 4 screen not working, vibrate still working.

My Charge 4 went dim a while back. I made sure it was on full brightness, tried a reset, and read through all forums here, no tips worked. I gave up and the tracker went flat. Now the screen is completely black, although I can feel the vibrate works when I connect the charger or touch the side button. This seems to be a very common issue with the charge 4. Any further tips, or a way to escalate this to a person who can help me?

@amy.haswell If you've tried changing the clock face and restarting the device and it still isn't working, then I would reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.

I am having the same problem since Saturday 

I managed to charge it today, but within a few hours battery has reduced to 5%.

I did reach out to customer service. Unfortunately, nothing worked that they told me to try. I was given an order number and told to call back. I didn’t. I left the watch alone for about a week and it started working. Crazy. Then, the watch fell apart. Now, it’s random when it works. Never again. Seems as if every one I get has problems. Usually lasts 6 months to a year.

Ditto I've given up this week and chucked it away, lousy app, lousy hardware. Buying a replacement different brand locally at 1/4 the price, even if it lasts the same time it is still way better value.
