Charge 4 screen occasionally doesn't turn on when side button is pressed.

I just bought a Charge 4 watch recently and the screen occasionally doesn't turn on when I press the side button. I've already changed the screen theme, and also did the long press while the watch was plugged to the charger to no avail. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

How long did you leave it on the charger for?  To get a good charge, it needs to be on the charger for about 2 hours.
