Screen in my charge 4 has started fading (this is not a brightness issue, it's already on normal brightness setting). The screen is slowly stopping to work, from left to right, and I can barely see anything now. I've only had the band for a bit over a year, so shouldn't be having these issues!?!

this happened to mine, I contacted them and they had me reset, change clock
faces, as nothing worked till
in the end I could see nothing. They asked me to sent it back and I had a replacement within a week

I’m facing the same issue 😕 spoke to customer care… tried all the troubleshooting options but finally they said they can’t do anything because it’s beyond warranty…. This is my 3rd Fitbit band .. been a very loyal user .. now I’m afraid to get another 😞

I'm having the same issue. I bought Fitbit because I thought I was getting a quality assured item. My mistake but not one I will be repeating.
