I have no solution I’m afraid, only to say that in recent months mine has gone exactly the same.
I’m buying a new Charge 6 shortly so hopefully it won’t matter soon

Dunno. Year and a half I suppose. I only noticed it a few weeks ago. I can’t remember when I bought it. Maybe 2 or 3 years ago?

Mine, as well. I’ve checked Settings to make sure it’s set to “normal” and don’t have an option for “bright”, but it’s still very, very, very dim.

Try to see if your Do NOt Disturb has been turned on accidentally.
It is holding the left side of the tracker, with your thumb, until DND shows up & a Sleep thing at the bottom of the screen !
Just Tap the Screen & see if that sorts it out.
Somehow I fixed it with my old one, & it was really bright & so clear, but now I'm having a problem with the same issue, with my new unit
that I have only just connected to the App after disconnecting the old one !
