My charge 4 has stopped coming on when I turn my wrist.

Probably have Screen Wake turned off or are in Sleep Mode; both in Quick Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there, @Mandysues. Welcome to the Community Forums.

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, please go to your quick settings and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. Press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If this settings is set correctly, please try restarting your Charge 4 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

As @MarreFitbit and I both said Quick Settings, not Settings.
