Flashing screen and doesn't respond to touch.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the Charge 4.

Please, I'd suggest you try to sync your device. If you have any difficulty, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

In addition, try to perform a restart.

I have same issue in thst firbit display is unresponsive but sync finecwith app. I have charge 4. Friend has a different fir bit and her fitbit screen is also unresponsive
