Please restart your Charge 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have tried all of the above "fixes" and my device is still unresponsive. It seems to be tracking steps (on the ap) but the watch itself is black, does not vibrate, and side button does nothing. HELP!!
