My husband and I both have a charge 4 and on my app is all his info and not mine. Help.

It sounds like you are trying to have both of you on the same user account, or else you have each of you logged into the other's account. Each user has to have their own separate Fitbit account/email. Also it works best if each of you has a separate phone. If you are both sharing one phone (or other sync device), You will have to keep logging out of Fitbit account, then log back in to other person's account.
