Hi, my Charge 4 gives me an "active call" notification every 1-2 mins while I am on any type of call. It's very annoying as it makes me think I'm getting notifications. My Inspire only gave me this notification once after being on a call for 10 mins.

 

Also when I receive a text msg my Chart 4 vibrates twice in 1 minute for the same text msg, this is also annoying as I think it makes me think I got another text when I didn't. I have rebooted, repaired and set up my Charge 4 again with the same issue. I have an iPhone 8 with the the latest iOS and my Charge 4 & Fitbit app are also up to date... anyone any ideas?

I am having the same issue and have tried the suggestions listed. It is a newer Charge and I have only been using it for a couple of weeks.

Having same issue. It's happening about every 20 seconds. Is there a fix? I've been wearing it for 8 months or so but it just started in the past week.
