@AlejandraFitbit Charge 4 has been released 5 months ago! How is it possible that such bug still exists and you have no clue when (if) it can be solved.
Please remember that it affects also Charge 3, released 2 years ago.

It’s been months since this issue arose & none of the hacks suggested have resolved the issue.
Data continues to show in app but not on watch.
Please provide a timeframe for app update to correct this.
If your product does not do what it is advertised to do this may be a breach of consumer law & entitle purchasers to a refund. Is this your understanding?

I've had my Charge 3 since this July 2020, and wife just got an Inspire 2, and both show "no data" on the sleep icon on the watch. I use my cell phone for the read out, but wife wants it on the watch. This is a bit unacceptable from such a prominent fitness watch company, especially since this is your primary business (not like Apple or Samsung, where this is ). I also agree with GazzaJC.

I just bought my charge 4 device. I saw initially the same problem than others have reported, but after syncing the device a few times I can now see the sleep time in the device itself.

I have the same problem too with my Charge 4 since I bought it 4 months ago.
Do you really intend to solve this problem?

Hi Fitbit ... it's now January 2021 and this issue still exists. When can we expect a fix?

I agree Fitbit team is doing their best to fix a bug that appeared since the release of Charge 3, something like 2 years ago.

Suffice it to say I’m very unhappy with my recent charge 4 purchase and Fitbit as a whole lately. I have this issue on my Charge 4, and I had it on both my Inspire HR trackers as well, so this has been a known problem for over two years across multiple devices. When can customers expect a fix?
Edit: I stand by my original post in its entirety, however, posting my true experience with Fitbit lately has resulted in targeting by a specific mod, so the truth has caused me more trouble than it’s worth.
Hopefully Fitbit will take care of the sleep tracking issue soon. They owe their customers a fix after all this time.

I recently updated a Charge 4 and an Inspire 2 (used by my daughter).
With my surprise I found out that while my Charge 4 issue has not been solved my daughter's Inspire was.
This implies that a solution on Charge 4 is indeed possible, it is just a matter to implement the same bug fix in the firmware.

Just lending my voice to this as well. My son had this issue when we bought his charge 4 two years ago. One day in miraculously seems to resolve itself, so I did not worry about it when I bought myself my own charge 4 a year ago.
I still have this issue. My charge 4 doesn’t show sleep score, sleep hours, water consumed, or exercise taken Even though all of the start is available through the app. I have done any update to have been available, and I regularly sync and charge the device.
Yeah, it’s ridiculous. It’s a shame because I really like it in theory, but I would never recommend Fitbit to anyone.

I bought my Charge 4 this July and it hasn't displayed my sleep score on the band at all, just on the app.

I’m wondering if this has been resolved. I’m on my 2nd Charge 4, and neither has shown any sleep data on the tracker itself

Hi, I’m having the same issue.
The app on my phone is all fine but my device says ‘No Score’ (don’t even know what that applies to!) & ‘No Data’ for sleep.
I have synced, restarted, uninstalled & then reinstalled the app with no difference.
Please advise how I can fox this.
Thanks
