Hi. As much as i am satisfied with ch4 i dont get why agenda reminders alert you on the watch only when the phone is close, on and unlocked. What is this feature for? If the alert or reminder vibrates or rings on my phone why would i need to read it on the watch? Its in the memory of the watch but if the phone is off it keeps silent. Am i missing something?

Hello @DenistheMenace and welcome to the Community. I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote. A Charge 4 Agenda reminder (vibration) is a push notification from your phone. Your phone must be on, in Bluetooth range, and the Fitbit app must be running in the background for you to get a push notification. All notifications are turned off when you are in sleep mode or Do Not Disturb. That's a basic feature of both of those modes.

@LZeeW Thank you for sharing your insights.
@DenistheMenace I welcome you again to the Community! Thank you for your information and feedback.
It seems that the Charge 4 is working as expected.
As our friend LZeeW already explained, you'll get notified on the Charge 4 as a push notification from your phone. He also mentioned the requirements for that to happen
The agenda app on the Charge 4 will still show you your appointments but no notification will be shown, as they all come from your phone.
Sleep mode or Do Not Disturb. options (as explained) will avoid the forward of the notifications to the tracker, as their propose is not to be disturbed during the timeframe that they are on
