Charge 4 smart wake and alarms issues

Hello Fitbit community!
So I've had my Fitbit Charge 4 for about 1,5 month now and overall I'm quite satisfied with it. There are a few issues though, and I want to fix two that are the most bothering. So here goes:

1) The Smart Wake option has stopped working after a while. I've been using it since I got my Charge 4 and it was working at first, but doesn't work for about a week now. When I check my sleep analysis, it often says I'm in light sleep or even awake in the 30 minutes period before the alarm is supposed to go off, but no Smart Wake occurs. Any ideas?

2) Sometimes the Silent Alarm doesn't go off at all. I put it on right before going to sleep, check everything twice, and sometimes it works normally, sometimes it just doesn't ring. And I know it doesn't ring, because the snooze doesn't work either, so no repeats at all. A really bad issue when I have to wake up for something important in the morning.

Things I've tried already (for both issues):

- rebooting the device a couple of times

- changing, deleting, adding new alarms

- ticking on "repeat on sundays" etc

- trying different hours, minutes, all

- reinstalling the Fitbit app (even though I only set alarms from the device)

Had There been a solution this  problem ?

Since a couple of weeks I have a similar problem: smart wake stopped working. I set a normal wake alarm, this worked.

I’ve had my 2nd charge 4 for 7 months now. No issues before.

Strange enough: after removing all alarms, and resetting the original smart wake alarm it worked again. Why I don’t know, but I wake up again at set times. 
BTW: it stopped working after I got COVID-19. Maybe the Watch was si smart it knew I need more sleep 🤣
