My charge for won't stay connected to my Android phone. How do I keep it connected?

@Jessica992 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

 

Have you tried the tips here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also make sure that the Fitbit app is allow to run on the background. 


Normally you can find that setting on the app settings on the phone.
