  • Hi my Fitbit app is saying I’ve done more steps than my actual Fitbit on my wrist, so frustrating because it also syncs with my nutra check so it’s all not correct, can anyone help? I’ve tried logging out, turning off Bluetooth, re downloaded the app nothing working thank you

Hi there, @Saz5. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

To better assist you, may I know how many step difference you're seeing? Since when you started seeing this discrepancy? Do you manually log activities in the Fitbit app?
