Unit had been fine until Sunday night. Charged unit, put on for bed, woke up to it unresponsive. No haptics, no screen. Put on charger and it came back. Within minutes back to dead. Did a reset using charging cable. Called support and they had me change the face. That helped for a while. Wore next day and dead within an hour. Was at ER with daughter so having watch functionality would have been nice. When back home put on charger. Responds. But still no heart rate, steps or sleep which are the primary functions I bought for. Unit is right at 2 years old and was purchased after last one died. They are offering 35% off, but don’t sell my specific tracker so I’d have to get new bands. Looks like it might be time to upgrade to an Apple Watch. Not seeing that owners continually have to replace every 18 - 24 months. I am disappointed that this is happening again. There are so many things I love about the app and product but not sure I can do this again.
