I switch between my charge 2 and charge 4 in the fitbit app and sync the two daily. Fitbit shut down the dashboard on July 8 and I have not been able to sync my data since July 9. The data is on my charge 4, but the charge 4 won't sync with the app. All I get is a message to "download or update the app" which I already updated today. Where is my data?

Hi @ElsieS. Welcome back to the community.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the Charge 4.
Please, try to set up when your phone is the only Bluetooth device next to your Charge 4 to prevent any interference with the connection.
Additionally, please give a try to these other steps in the following order:

I have done all this. Deleted my charge 4, now i cannot add it back, turned off the phone, deleted the app, Deleted my account, reloaded the app. checked for updates, says no. tried to add my tracker and still getting the same message....update the app to upload the watch. HELP.......WATCH STILL WORKS GREAT!
