Charge 4 stopped tracking my heart rate

Hi community,

  • Last night during workout suddenly my heart rate was no longer recorded. my Fitbit charge 4 did just show the two blanks next to heart rate. I have restarted the device twice and cleaned the sensors, but it is still not showing my heart rate. Does it mean it's just broken, or could there be a way to repair it?

 

Update:  Nevermind, after some more googling I realised there is an option to switch heart rate tracking on/off in the settings. Didn't see this before!

 

I have no idea why or how my charge 4 stopped tracking during workout, but I enabled heart rate tracking again and it's fine!
