my charge 4 Keeps changing start and stop time for keep moving 250 steps per hour. Also when I move the home screen up the app disappears.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the screen of your Fitbit app and the changing with the steps per hour on your Charge 4.

Can you explain in detail about the situation with the start and stop time, please? You can also restart the Charge 4 to try improve the situation. About the application, can you verify you have the latest app and system updated, please?

I simply gave up, trying to get it to have the correct hours for movement.
Was originally set for 9 AM to 7 PM. Kept reverting to 12 PM to 12 am. Also
when trying to move the screen up the app would disappear. I reset the
watch twice. Got tired of wasting my time with it. Stuck it in the charger
overnight. Was correctly working the next day. As far as I know it’s
up-to-date I searched for updates and never found one.
