Deleted charge3, setting up charge4; got stuck on searching. Can’t get past on iphone13 pro max

Where on the Setup process do you get stuck?
Is your iPhone connected to a Wifi or mobile Data?
Do you have other Bluetooth devices, connected or near the phone while trying to setup the Charge 4?
Do you get an error message?
Have you tried the steps here: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
