Charge 4 stuck on Fitbit Logo

my Fitbit does not seem to work properly anymore. I only get to see a screen with the Fitbit logo and a link to the setup webpage. My iphone does still find the device via bluetooth and recognises it but it says that it can’t synchronise with it and want me to reinstall it, but this does not work. I’ve already tried to reset it once, which didn’t work either. Any advice?

Hi there, @Larad299. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the steps you've done, I'd recommend trying the following:

  • Remove your Charge 4 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Charge 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Charge 4.

If you can't get started with your Charge 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
