Charge 4 stuck on message "Unable to change PIN. Please try again"

Device: Charger 4

Message: "Unable to change PIN. Please try again."

 

I've tried looking up others who've had the same problem, literally no answers that work. 


Is there a way I can re-find my password?? I changed my password, via my email, but Idk how to change or find this elusive PIN!


After resetting the device itself, I tried to the Lock device thing, but it asked me for this elusive PIN that I don't remember (I haven't used it for so long//)  and since after that it goes to the regular 'change pin' but then it hits me w that message, "Unable to change PIN. Please try again." It's so frustrating!

 

- can't they send me a link or something to to my email for me to set it up?
