my fitbit didn’t synchronised anymore with my Iphone, so I deleted everything. Now my fitbit say I have to download the app of update the app and I can’t connect my fitbit with my iphone anymore. the app is the last update so I don’t know what I can do about this problem

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the inconvenience and for trying to solve the issue.

If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users: 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device.

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

It still don’t work. my fitbit watch keep saying download fitbit app or update 🤷🏽‍:female_sign: I allready have the latest update. My phone find my charge 4 and I get the code and then nothing… on the screen only comes the text download the app of update

@Evi-H88 , Thank you for your reply and further efforts. 

When a Fitbit shows the message "download or update fitbit app". It means that the Fitbit needs to be paired with your account.
