My Charge 4 is only 2 years old and it stopped tracking everything. Syncs fine. Have followed all instructions even to clearing device. Very disappointed.
This started happening to me yesterday as well. Right around 9am my Charge 4 stopped tracking steps. I reset it after charging, but it might as well be a watch now.

After contacting support at Fitbit….they offered a discount on a new fitbit as it’s out of warranty. They tried hard to help get it up and running, but had to go back to my charge 2. That one doesn’t hold battery life very long.
