BOTH NOW RESOLVED!
Issue 1 - Since Sunday, my Fitbit Charge 4 wont show the time when you tap the screen you have to keep pushing the side button for it to show.
Issue 2 - Also started Sunday (as that was the last day logged on my app, it's not syncing any sleep. I did charge this Sunday and had issues getting it back to the time after as it was stuck on 'sign in spotify' which I don't have or use.
Can someone please advise how I can rectify these issues?
When it does sync to my app, it DOES show how many steps, miles etc, just not the sleep.
Thank you

Issue 1 - You probably have 'Screen Wake' turned off. If not that, might be in 'Sleep Mode'. Both are in Quick Settings. Press side button a few seconds to get to Quick Settings.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
There was a line through screen wake, I have now changed this and the time is now showing when I tap it. I wont know though until tonight whether the sleep actually works. Thanks again.

I doubt the Screen Wake had anything to do with sleep. That's a problem with posting 2 issues in same post. People might tend not to reply when they know one answer but not the other.

I can confirm the advice has rectified BOTH the time issue and the not logging of my sleep. Time is showing normally and buzzing when steps reached and sleep now logging in app. Thank you
