I have a problem with my Charge 4. For the third time now, my Fitbit stops and doesn’t turn back on during my workout. Today I went cycling and only half of the distance was registered. The battery percentage was 26%, so that can’t be the reason. Can anyone help me?
I have the exact same problem, only I had 50% when I restarted the watch after I returned. I personally think it's a temperature problem, it's cold out these days, but should still not be a problem. I will be asking for a refund under warranty
