Charge 4: unwanted distance cues and inaccurate GPS

Hi there,

Three things...

1/ Since the last upgrade, I get vocal cues when I do an exercise. I have never had these before. I have gone to Settings -> Exercise -> Play (Cues) during exercise - and turned this off.

However, every time I track an exercise the Cues come back on again. How can I stop this from happening. It is both unwanted and annoying.

2/ When doing an exercise, the GPS tracking is way, way out. This has often been the case, but now it is getting ridiculous. For example, a few minutes ago I completed a short walk (15 mins). Fitbit shows this as me having walked 5.28km in that time (pic attached)! It also shows me having walked across a nearby lake and back again - both ways in a straight line. As said, inaccuracies have always been part of the Fitbit experience, but this is just silly. What can be done?

3/ Synching the app takes around 90 seconds - sometimes longer, sometimes quicker (very rarely, it might sync almost immediately, just like it used to in days past). This delay never used to happen and is another annoyance in the overall Fitbit experience. Is there a solution?

Thanks in advance.

Tracking some exercise today and before commencing, I turned off the 'Play cues during exercise'.

Did that work? No, even though the vocal cues were turned off, they still came on! It seems then that this is a glitch in the last update.

Can it be fixed?

Three issues outlined, and no input from anyone on any of them??

Nothing??
