Hey everyone,
The wristband for my Charge 4 snapped this summer, so I filed a claim. In the status report I see that the claim has been approved, but I haven't received any e-mail confirming this or telling me what steps to take next, and a new watch hasn't been shipped yet. It's been over a month since the claim was approved, how long does this normally take? And if something has gone wrong, who should I contact about this? Finding it really difficult to find information about this on the website, so decided to ask here.
