Charge 4 went blank for no apparent reason

Today, about 20 months after getting my Charge 4, it has become unresponsive. I've rebooted multiple times to have it fix the problem but only temporarily. There is now a 4 hour time difference between my Fitbit and the actual time. 

 

Any suggestions?  Rather frustrating that these expensive devices are so short-lived.

My Fitbit4 died after just over 2 years. I have tried everything..company has offered e a 35% on my next purchase. HA! Very unimpressed with this product and will not buy another one.
