charge 4 went off 7 miles into my run and all data lost ,

was tracking fine up to that point 

was not flat as 28% when battery when I connected it to charger.

Once it was back on i sync'd it and all the run data , timings and measurements etc were lost 

battery is draining much faster, needing to charge every 3 days.

This is not first time it has shut off with ample battery life remaining.

Latest updates installed so this is frustrating given I have a HM in 3 weeks

Does it occurs when you are using GPS or even without it?

Have you restarted your Charge 4?

Did this happened afterwards also?
