My charge will not turn on.

@mrnorthstar , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message. 

Just to avoid confusions, the display does not turn on when moving the wrist, tapping on the display or pushing the button?

Do the green LED blink?

In the meantime, please put your Charge 4 to charge for at least 30 mins. and then restart it.How do I restart my Fitbit device?
