Charge 4 will restart in the beginning of running

I met a strange problem. When I was running and I want to see my heart rate in the begining. The screen was black, and after 10-20s, the normal  screen was showed, like this charge4 perform a restart.  During the running, I can see the max heart rate (ex. 180), I can't find 180 in app. But I can see lower date maybe 175.

Have you restarted the Charge 4?

Has this occur again after the restart?
