So I’ve had the Fitbit charge 2, 3 and now I’m on the 4’s. I’ve never had any problems with the 2 or the 3 but man I’ve had nothing but problems with this charge 4 especially with it comes down to the active zone minutes.
so last night at work (I’m a front desk person at a hotel) this charge 4 says that I’ve gotten 336 active zone minutes but then after the animations go away this device is now only registering 40 active zone minutes. (Yes I’ve got pictures but I don’t see how to upload them on here)
I've restarted the device, unpaired from my iPhone and everything else that I was asked to do with the last one that was just replaced less than 2 months ago, I frustrated with this whole situation now.(I dealt with this exact same issue with my 1st charge 4 for months at least a good 5-6 months or longer before I was told they’re going to replace it).
If there’s anything anyone can think of that might help I’ll at least try it and see (And I know that I can’t be the only one having this much of a problem with this so if your having the same problem speak up it’s time to get answers and get this fixed and stopped)
