My Charge 4 is not charging battery but trying to restart with side button also not possible and it appears to be stuck in the device.

Is there away to release rhe button?

Hi there, @Robbie44. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 4.

 

Regarding the button, please note the Charge 4 button does not move in and out like a normal button.  It is touch-sensitive, and is normally slightly indented.

Thanks for your response.

I did not think the button was only touch sensitive and instructions do not suggest this.

I have tried all the suggestions regarding charging - even got a smiley face - but without success.

I have now decided to upgrade to a Charge 5 instead.
