Charge 4 won't charge past 1%

My Fitbit Charge 4 has completely stopped charging today.
The screen states it has 1% (or 0%) battery life when attached to the charger, however the number doesn't go up, even after hours of being connected to the power.
So far, I have tried everything suggested on this community forum when having a problem with charging: different locations, cleaning the pins, resetting the device, trying different USBs - nothing has worked.
The device still responds normally, because it buzzes when I attach the charger and push the reset button on the cord. It also displays information on the screen, and reacts to me trying to go through the settings. However, it turns off immediately when disconnected from the charger.
I hope someone can help me out, as I bought this device less than a year ago.

Hi, welcome to the Community forums, @Amadeo1494

Thank you for all the information provided regarding this inconvenience with your Charge 4.

The problem you described could be related to the display or to the battery. If you haven't done so already, please follow the steps listed here below that have been useful for other users experiencing similar issues:

  1. Complete restart procedure again.
  2. Follow all these steps in case you're having trouble to charge your device.
  3. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.

Hi @DavideFitbit ,

I have followed every single step, however nothing has fixed my issue.
The display is fully responsive, so it is definitely not a screen related problem.
Also, cleaning and restarting the device has had not effect.
Are there any other ways of fixing the issue?
