This information hasn't helped. Ever since the update my Charge 4 won't connect to GPS. Is there a fix on the companies end to make this right?

Add me to the list. GPS worked fine for years. Since the latest update it is intermittent, at best. The posted tips are useless, as this is clearly a problem introduced by the firmware update. Fitbit needs to address, and fix the problem they caused.

I called the customer service and they all but confirmed that the new update caused this issue. States that another update is coming in days to resolve the issue. 😕

This is what happened when I went on and chatted with the Support team. He had me reboot, which of course I had already tried. Then he gave me a list of tips for wearing the fitbit properly, Hello been wearing one for over 10 years. Anyway, I then told him he need to escalate the complaint and that there were a bunch of us having the same issue. Here is the email I just received.
Hi Sussane,
Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Anyone feel like your steps are also lower than normal as well? My friend and i walked together and her walk was 2000 more steps than mine 🫤 for the same walk

I think an update in the coming days is more than a little optimistic. If we're lucky, we may see something in the coming months. They should really roll back the update until they figure out what they did wrong.

My Charge 4 GPS was working great until this past week, and although it will connect to GPS, the GPS drops after ~500 meters, even though it’s worked from these locations previously. I will keep trying all the tips, and hopefully it will resolve soon, but if it doesn’t, I will look into getting a Garmin watch.
