Charge 4 won't connect to Samsung s21

  • Hi I have tried all advice I can find to resolve this issue. A hard reset, uninstalling fitbit app, turning both devices on/ off I get to putting the code in but just won't connect any help out there pls. Please consider that I am 58 years old with no knowledge of tech jargon so basic instructions if possible. Thanks

Thanks for the details regarding the inconvenience with your Charge 4.

 

Before considering other options, I recommend you follow these steps in order to know why you can't set up your device with your phone.

 

Could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.

On your phone, go to Settings. Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on. Open the Fitbit app and try to sync your device. If your device doesn't sync, restart it.
