Hi there, @Gute. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 4.

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Charge 4 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.

My iPhone Blue Tooth, discoverable as “iPhone (22)”, is unable to find FitBit.

@Gute Thanks for getting back and for the details provided.

Please try the following steps in the order shown:

  • Remove your Charge 4 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Charge 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Charge 4.

If you can't get started with your Charge 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
