Hi, my Fitbit charge 4 battery used to last 4-6 days. I would keep it on sleep mode, and only turn off sleep mode for 1.5 hours each day to track my exercise.

Last week, I charged my charge 4 to 100% and had it on sleep mode, and the battery died in about 8-9 hours. I did not change any settings and there were no updates. I charged it to 100% this morning and despite not using it, it died in 3-4 hours.

I’ve only had my charge 4 for 1 year and 3 months.
