Charge 4 won't pair to my Android phone

Got for Christmas. Finally paired with desktop but still won't pair with android phone. not tracking anything. Just have the time on the face

"REQUIREMENTS

  • To set up Fitbit Aria Air, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2, or Fitbit Versa 3, you must use a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Android phone. You can’t set up these devices on a Windows 10 device."

Thanks for the information.  I did get it paired with my phone but is still not tracking anything. I have rebooted several times both the charge and my phone and nothing.

Got this for Christmas. Had a hard time pairing but finally got that working but now will not track anything. Basically just a watch. I've rebooted, Uninstaller and reinstalled and nothing works. Everything is in the on position. This is the 5th fitbit I've owned and probably the last!

Thank you. I have it paired with my phone. It still does not track. I have
rebooted several times but nothing seems to work.

@Connie1957  are you seeing anything on the app that is being tracked? Burned calories maybe?
