I've tried everything several times, rebot phone, reboot fitbit, uninstall fitbit app and reinstall, cleared bluetooth devices from bluetooth list. Two weeks ago it just stopped pairing. The only thing I haven't done it to clear devise data from the app. It's been very frustrating!!!!!😖

Hi, @met422 , have you tried setting it up as a new device? You won’t lose any synced data by doing this.
From the opening screen on the app click on the person icon / picture top left. On the next screen scroll down to + set up a device. Choose Charge 4 from the drop down list. You will get a message saying you already have a Charge 4 attached to this account. Do you want to replace it? Confirm that you do and follow the instructions from there.
Hopefully your phone will find the Charge 4 and reestablish the Bluetooth connection. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

One thing I would add is when I try to add the device again, I get a scrolling message on my fitbit that says "Download or update the Fitbit app to setup." As you mentioned, I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail either.
