Good evening,
I see multiple conversations on this topic but they are older. Has anyone had recent issues pairing their charge 4 with an android phone? My app is on the latest version. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled the app. I have restarted my charge 4 and my phone. Are there any other suggestions?

Add me to the victims of whatever this is.
My last sync was 10 days ago. Says "Firmware Version 48.20001.100.76" and "Battery Full". There's a red exclamation by the "Sync Now" indication. Force closed the app, no change. My Fitbit unquestionably has been restarted as I failed to seat it on the charger properly resulting in the battery going dead which is what caused me to realize it wasn't working. It still has not picked up the correct time.
I tried to unpair and repair, my phone goes into "Pairing", but gives up and says it can't connect to the device. Restarted bluetooth, no change.
And, MarreFitbit--we are people who have had it suddenly quit on us. Device compatibility is not the answer!
