My charge 4 appears to have stopped working. To begin with, it stopped tracking my swim, then when I finished it wasn’t coming on as I turned my wrist. Eventually, it wouldn’t do anything. I plugged it in to charge and now, when I hold the button on the side down, it vibrates but there is no display at all. I know that sleep mode/DND are not turned on. I’ve tried to reboot multiple times but it just vibrates and there’s never a smiley face.
