One day, all of a sudden, my Charge 4 just quit. Literally the only life it has is as follows: When I plug in the unit to charge, I get a very short vibration, but that is it. There is nothing on the screen. It will not charge, will not restart, will not pair. I cleaned contacts, changed chargers, nothing works. Prior to this, the battery would last approximately 7 days, then, it died...except the short vibration.

Yes, I contacted Fitbit. However, I wasn't satisfied with their reply that the battery was dead. The battery in my Fitbit, prior to virtually a complete shutdown, charged normally and the battery would typically last around 7 days. I reached out to the forum to see if anyone else had this issue and what they may have do e to fix the problem. Please advise if you have further information for fixing my Charge 4 since I am not agreeing the battery can be perfect one minute and then be completely dead
