I've had my Fitbit for a few years (2 or 3) and have never had any problems with it. Now it has a black face and I've tried to restart it multiple times. My app says my Fitbit is 53% charged, and when I try to restart it, I get a happy face, but it won't restart. I've tried syncing in the app, and it takes forever and I finally give up. With the black screen, it is of no use to me. It also is not tracking anything any more. Can it be fixed or do I just have to chuck it?

Mine has done the same yesterday. No doubt fitbits way of making you buy a new one. Apple did the same with the iphone.
