Hi!
Haven't used my charge 4 for about 2 years and decided today to start wearing it again, but the screen is just blank. It vibrates and I know it's on since I can find it when searching for nearby Bluetooth devices but can't connect to it since the display won't show the 4 digit code (I've changed phone since I last used the charge 4 so it's not paired with my current phone). I've found several threads on the blank screen topic but since it's not connected to my phone or the app I can't try those "tricks". Any ideas on how to connect it when the screen won't turn on and show the code?

Hi there, @Rizzzie. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 4 is not responding. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
