my charge 4 won't set up on my phone. I put the 4 numbers in ( have done this 6-9 time ) and the watch say to download or update the app to set up. but I'm on the app for it. I have deleted it and installed it over and over reset my phone tried to pair it to another phone and it says the same thing. can this be fixed ? or do I just need to get a new one?

before it was in my phone I was just not getting notifications so I wanted to re-set it up that worked in the past and now that

I would have found a more detailed helpful reply as I am experiencing the same issue and have yet to contact support. Isn't the point of a community forum to reduce the amount of requests Support needs to address?

Agreed! I'm having the same issue and do not have time to go through a lengthy online chat. Instructions for how to repair the issue please.

Still waiting for a response..... My fitbit is still not working

Exact same thing happened to me and because my fitbit was 1.5 years old they said they best they can do is offer me a 35% discount coupon with multiple stipulations attached to it. Absolutely no reason why it shouldn't be working anymore after 1.5 years. They only offer a warranty for 1 year which means they know their products are junk. My suggestion to you would be to throw it away and get yourself a new kind of tracker (not a fitbit!!)

They're going to say there's nothing they can do for you unless your fitbit is less than a year old. Crappy company and crappy products, I suggest you take your money elsewhere!

That's the conclusion I've been reaching...... Inferior product and zero customer service. Thanks for the info.
