I have tried to update, sync and reset my Charge 4 several times and it still shows wrong time(-1 hour), for couple of days now..
I have no idea why it had changed because I was regularly charging it but I can't figure it out..
Do you have any ideas what to do?

Hi @JulKad, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the wrong time issue that your Charge 4 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, sync your Charge 4 again and see if it shows the correct time.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

hi @JuanJoFitbit .
Firstly, I need to correct myself that I have Charge 2 (mistake on my side), not Charge 4.
Secondly, I have tried exactly what you have suggested several times already(because I was recommended to do so before) and the time is still not updated correctly.
Can you suggest anything else?

When trying to use my fitbit as an alarm, I woke up with a start..it was off by +4 hours exactly. When I synced it, it is now correct, but I can’t be worrying about the time being off. Any ideas?
