Hi there, @skibidialpha. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 4 is still showing the wrong time. I will do my best to help you with this!
Did you already sync your Fitbit device? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Did you sync your Charge 4 after the restart you performed?
If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Charge 4 is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
